Caitlyn Doyle, PGA Specialized Professional serves as the PGA ExecuSearch Consultant for the Northern California PGA Section.

Doyle is a Specialized Professional in Executive Management and a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University Professional Golf Management program. Prior to her role with the PGA of America, she served as the Assistant Executive Director at the Northern California PGA Section Office. She has both Section administration and green grass facility experience. While at Penn State, Caitlyn completed internships at Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill which lead to her love of the Nor Cal area. She is so honored to be serving a membership that she has grown very fond of.

When not at work or on the golf course, you can find her spending time with her family and friends. She is one of four children, and she and her siblings are all very close. She also loves working out, being active, and exploring the outdoor beauty of Northern California. Over the past several years she has taken an interest in running and has completed several half marathons as well as one marathon, the NYC Marathon in 2022 with Team PGA Reach. Her and her running teammates raised $90,000 for PGA REACH.
