Jacque Madison, PGA Specialized Professional serves as the PGA ExecuSearch Consultant for the Gateway and Midwest PGA Sections.
Jacque has over 30 years of leadership spanning golf operations, association administration, and high-level recruitment across the Midwest and Gateway regions. A PGA Certified Professional in Executive Management, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Analyst, she brings a comprehensive and "behind the curtain" perspective to facility operations. Her career is rooted in a competitive foundation as a former Division I Academic All-American at Kansas State University, which paved the way for her advancement into key leadership roles, including Head Golf Professional and President of the Women's Golf Alliance.
Driven by a lifelong passion for serving the golf industry, Jacque specializes in strengthening organizations and building cohesive, high-performing teams from the inside out.
