Keith Soriano, PGA, MBA

Keith Soriano, PGA, MBA serves as the PGA ExecuSearch Consultant for the Colorado PGA Section.

The product of a military family, Keith Soriano started his career in the golf industry after graduating from the University of Colorado. Since his election to PGA membership, he has served in management capacities at multiple clubs in and around the Denver metro area. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Section and chaired the Section’s Player Development Committee as well as serving on the membership and education committees.

Prior to joining the PGA Career Services team, Keith served as the Assistant Executive Director for the Colorado Section of the PGA. During his time at the Section, Soriano spearheaded the Section’s efforts to support, develop, educate and empower PGA Members through innovative programs and one on one coaching and mentoring.

As a staunch supporter of education, Soriano earned his MBA from Louisiana State University and is one of a handful of PGA Professionals to have earned PGA Certification in all 7 of the career disciplines that have been offered by the PGA. Under his direction, the Colorado PGA was the first to offer the Certified Professional Program in a classroom setting, capitalizing on the fraternal nature of the Association to better prepare Members to serve their facilities and communities.

In addition to member education, he managed the Colorado Section’s charitable arm, the Colorado PGA REACH Foundation. During his tenure, the foundation developed programming that helped earn the Section the Herb Graffis award in 2017. In 2010, 2011, and 2012 Keith was awarded his Section’s President’s Plaque for Player Development.

An avid fly fisherman who enjoys traveling, Keith resides in the northern Denver suburb of Thornton with his wife Holli, and their daughters, Delaney and Ellie.
